Job Description

DP World are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our growing team in Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you're responsible for supervising, guiding and motivating. Team Leaders are there to help colleagues work together and ensure they're delivering & the business can run smoothly.

About The Role

How you will contributend safety procedures are adhered to relating to processing and checking

  • Accuracy in performing and closing all tasks
  • Liaising between all Departments
  • Ensuring quality is maintained throughout the operation
  • Maintain and monitor standard quality and safe working practices and adhere to the safe working methods
  • Coach all Warehouse Operatives daily in processes and procedures
  • Deputise for Supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned

Your Key Skills/Experience

  • Experience in leading a team
  • Experience working within logistics environment would be desirable
  • WMS, verbal and written and communication, IT knowledge – Excel etc.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Travel may be required
