Job Description

Kocaeli'de ekibimize katılacak ve bizlerle birlikte çalışacak Yard Planner arıyoruz.

Nasıl bir takım arkadaşı arıyoruz?

  • Üniversitelerin tercihen Denizcilik, Lojistik, Endüstri Mühendisliği veya ilgili lisans bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Tercihen liman ve konteyner terminal operasyonlarında deneyim sahibi,
  • Konteyner saha operasyonları, yükleme, tahliye ve saha planlama süreçlerine ilgi duyan,
  • MS Office programlarını etkin kullanabilen,
  • Tercihen İngilizce bilgisine sahip,
  • Analitik düşünme, planlama ve problem çözme becerileri gelişmiş,
  • İletişim ve koordinasyon becerileri güçlü, takım çalışmasına yatkın,
  • Detaylara önem veren, operasyonel süreçleri dikkatli ve sistematik şekilde takip edebilen,
  • Dinamik çalışma ortamına uyum sağlayabilen ve çözüm odaklı çalışma yaklaşımına sahip.

Yeni takım arkadaşımızdan neler bekliyoruz?

  • Konteyner saha, gemi tahliye ve yükleme operasyonlarının planlanması ve operasyonel süreçlerin koordinasyonunun sağlanması,
  • Konteynerlerin saha içerisindeki yerleşimlerinin operasyonel verimlilik ve minimum shifting prensibi doğrultusunda planlanması,
  • Gemi tahliye ve yükleme taleplerine uygun saha planlarının oluşturulması ve operasyon süresince takip edilmesi,
  • Dolu ve boş konteyner hareketlerinin planlanması, rezervasyon ve saha yerleşim süreçlerinin yönetilmesi,
  • Kapı giriş ve çıkış operasyonlarının saha planları doğrultusunda yürütülmesine destek verilmesi,
  • Operasyon sırasında oluşabilecek aksaklıkların tespit edilmesi ve alternatif planlama çözümlerinin geliştirilmesi,
  • Terminal operasyon sistemlerindeki konteyner ve saha bilgilerinin doğruluğunun takip edilmesi,
  • Gemi Operasyon, Saha Operasyon, Müşteri Hizmetleri ve ilgili birimlerle koordineli çalışılması,
  • Operasyonel faaliyetlere ilişkin stok, performans ve geri bildirim raporlarının hazırlanması,
  • İş sağlığı ve güvenliği, çevre ve kalite standartlarına uygun şekilde operasyonel süreçlerin yürütülmesi.
