Best - Ben jij op zoek naar een leerzame stage waarin je klantcontact combineert met administratieve werkzaamheden? De Commerciële Binnendienst speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen en versterken van zakelijke klantrelaties. Het team richt zich op het beheren van relaties met grootzakelijke klanten en intermediairs en op het realiseren van commerciële groei. Hierbij staan snelheid, klanttevredenheid, service en het ontzorgen van zakelijke klanten centraal. Het team ondersteunt zakelijke klanten bij hun abonnementen, zowel voor dagbladen als tijdschriften, en draagt daarmee bij aan de commerciële doelstellingen van de afdeling.

Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair Commerciële Binnendienst ben je een belangrijk onderdeel van het team en krijg je de kans om waardevolle ervaring op te doen. Onder begeleiding van ervaren collega’s werk je aan de volgende taken:

  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen, telefonisch en via e-mail, met betrekking tot zakelijke abonnementen.
  • Afhandelen van eenvoudige verzoeken, zoals wijzigingen in abonnementen en factuurvragen.
  • Invoeren van nieuwe abonnementen en verlengingen in het systeem.
  • Controleren en bijwerken van klantinformatie in de database.
  • Behandelen van opzeggingen en ondersteunen bij het opstellen van offertes.
  • Telefonisch contact opnemen met klanten, bijvoorbeeld voor de opvolging van offertes.

Door jouw inzet zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van klantverzoeken, wat bijdraagt aan klanttevredenheid en het behalen van de commerciële doelen van de afdeling.

Wat zoeken wij? We zoeken een enthousiaste stagiair die graag wil leren en een positieve bijdrage wil leveren aan ons team. Jij herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je volgt een relevante MBO- of HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in leerjaar 2 of 3.
  • Je bent minimaal 3 dagen per week beschikbaar. Aantal weken stage kan in overleg besproken worden.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een positieve en proactieve houding.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en ordelijk.
  • Je hebt een sterke service- en klantgerichte instelling.
  • Je beschikt over een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Ervaring met administratieve processen, zoals het verwerken van klantgegevens, is een pré.
