Wil je graag snel aan de slag in de journalistiek? Dan is deze stage op de redactie bij Trouw iets voor jou. Trouw bereikt dagelijks duizenden betrokken mensen met de verdiepende journalistiek via print en online via de nieuwssite, nieuwsapps en digitale krant. Doordeweeks gaat het om 316.000 lezers via print en op zaterdag om ruim 430.000 lezers via krant en magazine. Daarnaast bereikt Trouw ook nog eens 2,3 miljoen unieke digitale lezers per maand via web en app.

Wat ga je doen Stagiair zijn bij Trouw betekent hard werken, maar ook zelfstandig meedraaien, veel schrijven en op pad gaan, meewerken aan de online promotie van je verhalen en je ontwikkelen als volwaardig lid van een redactie. Stages zijn mogelijk bij nieuwsredacties verslaggeverij/binnenland, buitenland/nieuwsdienst, sport en politiek maar ook bij de redacties religie & filosofie en duurzaamheid & economie. Trouw zorgt daarbij voor deskundige en intensieve begeleiding. Voor goede stagiaires zijn er ook na de stage ook mogelijkheden voor werk. Veel van onze stagiairs blijven na hun stage aan de redactie verbonden. Trouw vindt een diverse redactie belangrijk en streeft daarom naar een open werksfeer, waar ruimte is voor collega’s met verschillende achtergronden en opvattingen.

Profiel Wat we van jou verwachten? Wij zoeken een creatief en journalistiek talent. Je weet wat er in de wereld speelt en vindt het leuk om op nieuws te jagen en mooie verhalen te maken. Je bent iemand die:

  • een journalistieke opleiding volgt op HBO- of WO-niveau; HBO-studenten moeten eerst elders succesvol stage hebben gelopen, WO-studenten moet een master journalistiek volgen;
  • goed kan communiceren;
  • stevig in zijn schoenen staat;
  • onderwerpen tot op de bodem wil uitzoeken;
  • goed de weg weet in social media;
  • foutloos schrijft;
  • creatief bent in het bedenken van onderwerpen.

Periode Wij nemen het hele jaar stagiairs aan. Trouw kent vaste stageperiodes, vanaf 1 maart, 1 juni, 1 september en 1 december. De stage duurt drie maanden. Je werkt 38 uur per week en ontvangt een stagevergoeding.
