Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, Teams führen und Dienstleistungen aktiv weiterentwickeln? Dann erwartet dich bei uns eine vielseitige Leitungsposition mit Gestaltungsspielraum. Als Leitung Hauswirtschaft & Gebäudeservice übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die hauswirtschaftlichen Leistungen im DRK Haus Ravensberg sowie für die Organisation der Reinigungsleistungen an unseren dezentralen Standorten im Kreis Gütersloh. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Führung, Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Organisation und Steuerung der Speisenversorgung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Verantwortung für den Bereich Essen auf Rädern
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Service- und Aufenthaltsqualität im Haus
  • Planung und Steuerung von Reinigung, Wäscheversorgung und hauswirtschaftlichen Abläufen
  • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung sowie Vertretungsorganisation
  • Sicherstellung der geltenden Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Arbeitsschutzstandards
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege, Verwaltung und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Reinigung unserer Kindertageseinrichtungen und weiteren Standorte
  • Koordination der Reinigungskräfte im gesamten Kreisgebiet
  • Durchführung von Objektbegehungen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Ansprechpartner für Einrichtungsleitungen und Mitarbeitende vor Ort
  • Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Prozessen und Reinigungskonzepten
  • Aufbau und Gestaltung einer zentral organisierten Gebäudereinigung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Hauswirtschaft, Gebäudemanagement, Hotel- und Gastgewerbe oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und wirtschaftliches Denken
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Führerschein Klasse B
