Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung, Sicherstellung und Durchführung des individuellen und ganzheitlichen Pflegeprozesses
  • Begleitung von Menschen in ihrer letzten Lebensphase und Betreuung und Beratung des Umfelds
  • Planung und Dokumentation von Pflegeleistungen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Mitwirkung und Unterstützung an qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen

Dein Profil

  • ein staatlich anerkannter Abschluss als Pflegefachkraft und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Weiterbildung zur PalliativCare-Fachkraft oder zumindest die Bereitschaft, sich dazu ausbilden zu lassen
  • eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis für Klasse B (früher 3)
  • eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • hohe soziale Kompetenz sowie Wertschätzung im Umgang mit Klient:innen und Kolleg:innen
  • die Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen
  • aktuellen Fachkenntnisse der pflegefachlichen Expertenstandards und Hygienemaßnahmen oder die Bereitschaft, sich diese in kurzer Zeit anzueignen
