Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them plan, manage, and enjoy their experiences from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with booking accommodations, packages, activities, and other services.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain accurate client records and booking details.
  • Provide recommendations tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with clients before and after their experiences to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and social media platforms.
  • Passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with booking platforms and reservation systems.
  • Sales or upselling experience.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
