En este puesto, ayudarás a los viajeros a planificar experiencias memorables ayudando con los preparativos del viaje, proporcionando orientación sobre el destino y apoyando a los clientes durante todo su viaje.

Como Coordinador de Viajes, trabajarás de forma remota mientras ayudas a los clientes a convertir sus ideas de viaje en viajes bien organizados y agradables. Esta es una oportunidad para desarrollar habilidades en la industria del turismo, trabajar con proveedores globales de viajes y construir una carrera flexible mientras apoyas a los clientes en cada paso del camino.

Responsabilidades

• Responder a las consultas de los clientes por correo electrónico, plataformas de mensajería o teléfono de manera profesional y amable.

• Ayudar a los viajeros a planificar vacaciones, incluyendo destinos, resorts, cruceros y experiencias de viaje.

• Proporcionar información precisa sobre los requisitos de viaje, la documentación y los detalles del destino.

• Coordinar itinerarios y confirmar los arreglos de viaje.

• Apoyar a los viajeros con actualizaciones, preguntas y preparación del viaje.
