Stellenbeschreibung

Sie wollen beratend tätig sein, Großprojekte technisch zum Leben erwecken und sicherstellen, dass moderne Gebäude reibungslos funktionieren? Sie wollen echte Mehrwerte für Betreiber und Nutzer schaffen? Dann kommen Sie zu uns und übernehmen Sie die Taktgeberrolle für die gesamte Inbetriebnahme – von der Planung bis zur Übergabe an den Betreiber und Nutzer sowie die anschließende Betreuung. Gemeinsam mit Ihnen gestalten wir Ihre Karriere bei Drees & Sommer.

  • Bauherrenvertretung bei spannenden Großprojekten
  • Entwicklung umfänglicher Inbetriebnahmekonzepte in der Planungsphase
  • Konzeptionelles Begleiten der Planungs- und Bauphase in Hinblick auf die spätere Gebäudenutzung
  • Sicherstellen der Qualität und Funktionalität der technischen Ausrüstung
  • Gewerkeübergreifendes Steuern aller am Projekt Beteiligten
  • Organisieren von Einweisungen, Abnahmen und Übergaben der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Techniker/Meister) der Fachrichtung Gebäudeautomation, Versorgungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Drei bis fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der TGA (Planung, Objektüberwachung oder Anlagenbau)
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich des Baurechts und der anerkannten Regeln der Technik
  • Interesse an Nachhaltigkeit, Optimierungspotenzialen, Digitalisierung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe verbunden mit analytischem und vernetztem Denken
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Kommunikation und teamorientiertem Arbeiten
