Du möchtest die Zukunft im Energiebereich aktiv mitgestalten und daran arbeiten, wie wir als Team mit Hilfe von Künstlicher Intelligenz noch effizienter, innovativer und smarter werden? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns auf unserem Weg, das Potenzial moderner KI-Technologien für unsere Projekte und die Zusammenarbeit im Team zu erschließen. Dich erwartet ein spannendes Umfeld an der Schnittstelle von Digitalisierung, Innovation und Energieinfrastruktur, in dem du eigene Ideen einbringen und wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem zukunftsweisenden Themenfeld sammeln kannst. Für unser Team suchen wir Praktikant:innen für einen Einsatz von mindestens sechs Monaten.

  • Entwicklung & Optimierung von KI‑Prompts für Analyse, Strukturierung und Erstellung von Texten, Templates und Präsentationen
  • Automatisierung von Arbeitsabläufen mit KI‑Tools (z. B. Copilot, Power Automate) zur effizienteren Erstellung und Verarbeitung von Dokumenten
  • Aufbau kleiner KI‑Prototypen wie z. B. Wissens‑Assistants, semantische Suchfunktionen oder Mini‑RAG‑Konzepte für interne Inhalte
  • Daten‑ & Dokumentanalyse: Extraktion, Klassifikation und Zusammenfassung komplexer Informationen zur Unterstützung unserer Teams
  • Wissensmanagement & Enablement: Erstellung von KI‑Guidelines, Best‑Practice‑Prompts und kurzen How‑to‑Formaten

Qualifikationen

  • Studium im Bereich Informatik, Data Science, Künstlicher Intelligenz, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren technisch-datenorientierten Studiengang
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit KI-Tools wie ChatGPT/Copilot, Python-Notebooks oder Frameworks wie LangChain/LlamaIndex
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis für Projektmanagement, technische Infrastrukturprojekte oder datengetriebene Arbeitsweisen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1) sowie gute technische Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten (insbesondere PowerPoint und Word, idealerweise auch Power Automate und Power BI)
  • Bereitschaft zur Präsenztätigkeit am Standort sowie gesicherte Anreisemöglichkeit
