Stellenbeschreibung

Sie möchten die Zukunft von Immobilien aktiv mitgestalten und sich in einem dynamischen Beratungsumfeld fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln? Sie begeistern sich für den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Immobilien, innovative Betriebs- und Nutzungskonzepte sowie digitale Lösungen im Facility Management? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und übernehmen Verantwortung in spannenden Beratungsprojekten als Junior Consultant (w/m/d).

  • Integrieren von FM -Beratungsleistungen rund um den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Immobilien/ -portfolios sowie planungsbegleitend vom Wettbewerb bis hin zu Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe an den Betrieb
  • Erstellen von Benchmark-Analysen, Betriebskostenprognosen und Lebenszykluskostenbetrachtungen
  • Entwickeln von Organisations-, Betriebs- und Betreiberkonzepten für unterschiedliche Objektarten, beispielsweise Hochhäuser sowie Sport- und Kulturstätten
  • Beraten zu Datenmanagement-Anforderungen für eine zukunftsorientierte, digitalisierte Betriebsführung (BIMtoFM)
  • Mitwirken bei der Erstellung von Bewirtschaftungs- und Flächenkonzepten für das operative Facility Management
  • Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und Einbringen von FM-Expertise in Beratungs- und Immobilienprojekten

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschafsingenieurwesen, Immobilienmanagement, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, Real Estate Consulting oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld, gerne durch Praktika oder Werkstudierendentätigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams und Outlook
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytische Denkweise sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
