Unsere Teams in EPCM-Projekten vereinigen technisches Verständnis, analytische Fähigkeiten und kreatives Denken.   • Verantwortung für die Planung von komplexen TGA Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt Sanitär-/Heizung-/Kälte-/Raumlufttechnik (HLSK), der Elektroplanung (ELT) im Umfeld von spannenden Data Center Bauprojekten entsprechend der vollständigen Leistungsphasen in einem Data Center Projekt
  • Planungsverantwortung innerhalb von eigenständigen Projekten, aber auch tolle Zusammenarbeit in einem integralen Team
  • Mitwirken bei der Gestaltung des TGA-Planungsprozesses innerhalb der Generalplanung und integrale Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren internen und externen fachspezifischen Planungsteams
  • Als Planungsleitung: Inhaltliche und organisatorische Führungsverantwortung für Experten-Planungsteams in der Versorgungs- und Gebäudetechnik und kommerzielle Verantwortung

Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektro-, Versorgungs-, Gebäudetechnik, Gebäudeklimatik, Energietechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung der Fachplanung bei einem Planungs- oder Beratungsunternehmen oder TGA-Fachplanungsbüro; Data Center Erfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der TGA und Erfahrung/Interesse im Kontext von Data Center Projekten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Sehr ausgeprägte Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliches, konzeptionelles, strukturiertes und gewerkeübergreifendes Arbeiten in leistungsorientierten Teams und einem produktiven Umfeld
