Stellenbeschreibung

Du möchtest dein Wissen aus dem Studium in realen Bauprojekten einsetzen und dabei zunehmend Verantwortung übernehmen? Du hast Spaß an Zahlen, behältst auch bei komplexen Zusammenhängen den Überblick und möchtest aktiv an der wirtschaftlichen Steuerung spannender Projekte mitwirken? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams in Frankfurt und unterstütze uns im Kostenmanagement anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte.

  • Mitwirkung bei der Kostenplanung und dem Kostenmanagement anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Kostenberechnungen sowie bei der laufenden Kostenverfolgung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Rechnungs- und Nachtragsprüfung
  • Unterstützung bei teaminternen organisatorischen Aufgaben, beispielsweise bei der Mitarbeitenden-Disposition
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Dokumenten, Präsentationen und Protokollen

Qualifikationen

  • Masterstudium im Bereich Architektur, Bau- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Vertiefung Bau) oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programme, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Sicherheit in der schriftlichen Kommunikation
  • Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf selbstständigem Anwendungsniveau (mindestens B2)
