Stellenbeschreibung

Die Steuerung und Realisierung komplexer und innovativer Bauprojekte (Neubau und Bestand), verbunden mit nachhaltigen ökonomischen und ökologischen Mehrwerten, sind unsere Kernkompetenzen. Ein breites Leistungsspektrum technisch anspruchsvoller Projekte, von Machbarkeitsstudien bis hin zu Großprojekten, sowohl für private als auch öffentliche Auftraggeber, bildet dabei einen wesentlichen Teil unseres Portfolios. Wir suchen Ihre Projektexpertise sowie Projektleitungsgeschick in der technischen Gebäudeausstattung mit Schwerpunkt KG400 Versorgungtechnik / HLSK

  • Verantwortliches Übernehmen der Fachbauüberwachung als Gesamtprojektleiter:in für eine oder mehrere Baustellen in der LPH 8 mit Fokus auf die mechanischen Gewerke der KG400
  • Fachliche Führung des Projektteams inkl. deren fachlicher Anleitung und Ausbildung
  • Wirtschaftliches Abwickeln der Bauvorhaben, Überwachung der Bauausführung sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zum integralen Baumanagement sowie zu externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Übergeordnete Projektverantwortung im Kontext von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten
  • Sicheres und fundiertes Anwendung des Kosten-/Nachtrags- und Änderungsmanagements
  • Mitwirken bei der Angebotserstellung, Organisation von Projektabläufen sowie Einhaltung der Sicherheitsanforderungen und Projektziele

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik bzw. TGA-Meister/-Techniker der Fachrichtung HLSK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Objektüberwachung oder Planung – idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung von Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der VOB sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften (DIN, HOAI, etc.)
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Reisen zu den Baustellen vor Ort in der Region
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen sowie Führungsstärke
  • Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Menschen, Teams und Aufgaben
