Vacatureomschrijving

Als Toezichthouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op één of meerdere bouwprojecten. Je werkt samen met collega’s binnen het projectteam en hebt een zelfstandige rol op de bouwplaats.

Je start de dag op de bouwplaats met een inspectie. Samen met de aannemer loop je het werk door, signaleer je aandachtspunten en bespreek je mogelijke verbeteringen. Vervolgens ga je door naar een volgend project voor een bouw- of werkvergadering, waar je de voortgang bewaakt en input levert vanuit jouw rol.

  • Uitvoeren van inspecties en kwaliteitscontroles op bouwprojecten;
  • Controleren of het werk wordt uitgevoerd volgens contract, tekeningen, bestek en geldende wet- en regelgeving;
  • Signaleren, vastleggen en terugkoppelen van afwijkingen aan het projectteam;
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, planning en kwaliteit op de bouwplaats;
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, onderaannemers en opdrachtgevers;
  • Deelnemen aan bouwvergaderingen en het opstellen van rapportages.

Functie-eisen

  • Je hebt MBO+ opleidingsniveau met een bouwkundige achtergrond;
  • Basiskennis van bouwprocessen en contractvormen (UAV, UAV-GC);
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een leergierige houding;
  • Je bent graag onderweg;
  • Affiniteit met duurzaamheid en innovatieve bouwconcepten.
