Senior Client Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Client Services Manager to act as a strategic business partner for our clients - driving account growth, building senior-level relationships and identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships.

You’ll own a portfolio of strategic clients, develop Account Growth Plans, lead QBRs and turn client business needs into upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities.

What you'll do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Develop and execute Account Growth Plans (AGPs).
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead strategic QBRs and business reviews.
  • Understand clients’ business models, goals and challenges and proactively bring relevant solutions.
  • Manage contract extensions and negotiations.
  • Partner with Delivery, Product and Technology teams to turn client needs into opportunities.
  • Focus on strategic relationships and growth rather than day-to-day project delivery.

What we expect from you

  • 7+ years of experience in Client Services, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or Business Development in technology.
  • Strong experience with digital products, software, SaaS or technology consulting.
  • Proven track record of account growth, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with a focus on ROI, revenue and long-term value.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn client insights into actionable growth plans.
  • English C1/C2.
  • Financial literacy and confidence with budgets, forecasts and Excel.
  • Highly proactive, curious and comfortable managing multiple strategic accounts.

Nice to have

  • Background in strategic consulting, product strategy or business development.
  • International experience and strong cultural awareness.

  • Every strategic client has a clear Account Growth Plan.
  • We consistently identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Forecasts and CRM are accurate and transparent.
  • QBRs are strategic business conversations, not project updates.
  • Clients see Droids On Roids as a long-term strategic partner.
  • The existing client portfolio generates sustainable revenue growth.
