  • Partner with Product and Project Management to support project deliverables and timelines by keeping development teams informed of key milestones and performance metrics.
  • Manage the documentation for system design, requirements and test strategies, specifically focusing on integration testing to ensure that subsystems work together to meet the overall system needs.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and risks, resolve problems, ensure alignment and influence decision-making on technical issues.
  • Ensure continual improvement of the products and seamless integration of systems elements and interfaces, driving alignment to achieve desired system outcomes.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks at a technical, product and project level.
  • Support the development and introduction of systems engineering processes that promote best practices and provide a framework for product development, seeking to increase efficiency and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • BEng/BSc or Masters degree in relevant engineering discipline (Systems Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science), or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience performing systems engineering responsibilities within complex product development environments.
  • Sound understanding of the application of systems engineering frameworks, principles and tools across the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Experience with requirements management for complex software and hardware products or features.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment on work packages and deliverables to achieve project outcomes.
  • Excel in a high empowerment, fast paced, agile environment, surrounded by likeminded, high achieving people.

Nice to have

  • Experience developing and testing hardware and software systems relating to Electronic Warfare, Command and Control, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, RF sensing, Sensor Fusion and distributed systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking pipelines and interpreting results and metrics
  • An understanding of cybersecurity practices in systems engineering to ensure the integrity and security of systems is desirable.
  • You are comfortable working within the Atlassian ecosystem and have experience or exposure to managing project deliverables using Jira or other project management tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
