Droppie is een unieke recyclewinkel waar je in één bezoek al je gebruikte spullen kunt inleveren. Een plek waar wat je inlevert weer waarde krijgt, voor jou, voor je buurt en voor de toekomst. Je kunt er terecht met allerlei recyclebare items van oude kleding en kapotte elektronica tot plastic verpakkingen, frituurvet plastic statiegeldflessen en blikjes. Bij onze drop-points kan je makkelijk en in één keer van alles droppen. Elke drop telt. Zodra je iets inlevert, zie je in de Droppie-app meteen wat je hebt gedaan en wat je ervoor terugkrijgt. Die beloning kan je zelf houden, delen met een goed doel of samen met je buurt sparen voor iets moois. We houden geen afval meer over, alleen waardevolle materialen en grondstoffen om opnieuw te gebruiken. Zo maakt Droppie recyclen makkelijk, leuk en lonend. Een kleine drop met een groot verschil.

Doel van de functie

Als HR-stagiair bij Droppie draai je volop mee in een snelgroeiende scale-up waar mensen en duurzaamheid hand in hand gaan. Je krijgt de kans om breed ervaring op te doen — van recruitment en onboarding tot employer branding en talentontwikkeling. In onze platte organisatie worden jouw ideeën écht gehoord en krijg je de ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen. Zo leer je niet alleen hoe HR werkt, maar maak je ook direct impact.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Meewerken aan onze employer branding en recruitmentstrategieën
  • Ondersteunen bij en nadenken over verbeteren van het werven, selecteren en onboarden van nieuwe collega’s
  • Meedenken over talentontwikkeling, trainingen en duurzame inzetbaarheid
  • Zorgen dat alles rondom HR-processen soepel en mensgericht verloopt

Jouw profiel

  • Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde, Psychologie of een vergelijkbare studie (Met voorkeur een 3e of 4e jaars student)
  • Je wilt graag ervaring opdoen in een duurzame start-up met impact
  • Je hebt voldoende begrip van Nederlandse taal om gesprekken te voeren en te schrijven in het Nederlands
  • Je wilt leren over de verschillende onderdelen van HR en jezelf hierin ontwikkelen

Wat bieden wij?

  • Meewerkstage tussen 32 - 40 uur per week, 5 of 6 maanden. Onze voorkeur gaat naar meewerk-stages, learning on the job. Beschikbaar vanaf 1 februari of anders (in overleg).
