Ben jij een HR-student die niet alleen wil meekijken, maar echt wil meewerken? Bij Quatra krijg je geen stage met alleen opdrachten en meekijken vanaf de zijlijn. Je draait mee in het team, krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en leert hoe HR er in de praktijk aan toegaat.

Wat ga je doen

Als HR-stagiair bij Quatra werk je mee aan alles wat met mensen te maken heeft. Praktisch, operationeel en dichtbij de business. Je zit niet alleen achter je laptop, maar schakelt veel met collega’s en ziet direct wat jouw werk oplevert. Je komt terecht in een klein en betrokken HR-team. We werken informeel, helpen elkaar en zeggen waar het op staat. Geen hiërarchiegedoe, wel korte lijnen. Bij Quatra werken we volgens onze kernwaarden: Connect, Commit, Create. Dat merk je in hoe we samenwerken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Ondersteunen bij werving en selectie, onboarding en offboarding;
  • Opstellen van arbeidsovereenkomsten en verwerken van personeelsmutaties;
  • Bijhouden van tijd-, verlof- en verzuimadministratie;
  • Meewerken aan lopende HR-projecten en verbeteringen in onze processen;
  • Uitvoeren van je stageopdrachten, afgestemd op jouw opleiding en leerdoelen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je volgt een HRM-opleiding (HBO of MBO) of een vergelijkbare opleiding;
  • Je bent enthousiast, gedreven en digitaal handig;
  • Je wilt leren door te doen en durft vragen te stellen;
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent minimaal 4 dagen per week beschikbaar (stageduur ± 4 maanden).
