Die Stelle ist für max. 2 Jahre befristet

Millionen Menschen in Deutschland engagieren sich ehrenamtlich. Die Deutsche Stiftung für Engagement und Ehrenamt (DSEE) in Neustrelitz hat das Ziel, diese Menschen und ihre Organisationen zu unterstützen. Dafür bauen wir neue Angebote auf, die dem Ehrenamt spannende Impulse geben und ganz konkrete Hilfestellungen für alle Fragen rund um den ehrenamtlichen Alltag bieten.

Für diese spannende und sinnstiftende Aufgabe suchen wir die besten Köpfe, um mit fachlicher Expertise und großer Begeisterung das bürgerschaftliche Engagement und Ehrenamt in Deutschland zu stärken.

Deine Aufgaben

Die Abteilung Kommunikation & Events steuert die umfangreiche Medienerstellung für die Programme und Projekte der DSEE – themenzentriert für alle relevanten Kanäle und Veranstaltungen. Du unterstützt uns im Tagesgeschäft und lernst dabei alle Facetten unserer Veranstaltungen kennen - von kleineren fach- und projektbezogenen Veranstaltungen über Messe-Stände bis hin zu großen öffentlichkeitswirksamen Formaten.

  • Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft;
  • Durchführung von Recherchen;
  • Erstellen von Präsentationen
  • Evaluation von Veranstaltungen;
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Übersichten und Listen;
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation des Veranstaltungsmaterials.
  • Du bist als ordentliche/r Studierende/r an einer Hochschule oder Fachhochschule immatrikuliert und befindest dich in einem Vollzeitstudium;
  • Du schreibst klar und präzise, recherchierst sorgfältig und arbeitest dich zuverlässig in neue Themen ein;
  • Du hast ein gutes Organisationsvermögen und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus;
  • Du bist geübt im Umgang und in der Anwendung von MS-Office-Programmen und agilen Arbeitsmethoden;
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative sind für dich selbstverständlich
