Ihre Aufgaben

Als IT Support Engineer im 1st und 2nd Level bist du erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, analysierst technische Fragestellungen ganzheitlich und arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Spezialisten zusammen. Dabei bekommst du Einblicke in unterschiedliche IT Umgebungen und kannst dein technisches Know how kontinuierlich ausbauen.

  • Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT Störungen und Serviceanfragen im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung komplexerer technischer Incidents nach ITIL Best Practices
  • Arbeiten mit einem IT Service Management Tool wie Matrix42 sowie kundenspezifischen Ticketsystemen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Client Umgebungen inklusive Hardware, Software und Asset Management
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Server und Infrastruktur, zum Beispiel Windows Server, Active Directory sowie Benutzer und Rechteverwaltung
  • Mitarbeit bei Netzwerk Themen wie der einfachen Analyse von Verbindungsproblemen, VLAN, VPN oder Firewall Kontexten in Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialisten
  • Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und technischen Projekten
  • Einsatz vor Ort bei unseren Managed Service Kunden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung, zum Beispiel als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im IT Support, idealerweise über reinen Client Support hinaus
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Client Umgebungen und gängigen Office Anwendungen
  • Grundlegende Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an Server Technologien wie Windows Server, Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Netzwerk Grundlagen wie TCP IP, DNS, DHCP oder Routing sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an technischer Analyse
