Ihre Aufgaben

Die DSP IT Service GmbH betreut eine moderne und stetig wachsende interne IT Landschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf Windows Server, Virtualisierung, Azure und Cloud Infrastruktur. Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir unsere Kunden im Managed Service Umfeld, insbesondere im Betrieb von Matrix42 und weiteren Lösungen. Für diese vielseitigen Aufgaben suchen wir eine Person, die sowohl intern als auch extern zuverlässig, professionell und flexibel agiert und Freude daran hat, in einem dynamischen Umfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben - Interne IT:

  • Betrieb und Pflege unserer internen Server und Infrastruktur
  • Verwaltung von Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD und Cloud Diensten
  • Betreuung von internen Applikationen, Netzwerkkomponenten und Sicherheitslösungen
  • Administration und Pflege von SQL Servern sowie Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online
  • Betrieb und Konfiguration unserer FortiGate Firewall Umgebung
  • Sicherstellung von Backup und Recovery über Veeam
  • Überwachung und Optimierung unserer Systeme mittels PRTG Monitoring
  • Client und Software Management (z. B. Matrix42 Empirum, Intune oder vergleichbare Systeme)
  • Mitarbeit bei Weiterentwicklungen unserer IT Architektur und Standardisierung von Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits (ISO 27001, Kunden Audits)
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren IT Betriebs für alle Mitarbeitenden

Deine Aufgaben – Managed Services & Kundenbetreuung:

  • Betreuung und Betrieb der IT Umgebungen unserer Managed Service Kunden
  • Unterstützung im Rahmen unseres Service Desk bei technischen Anfragen und Störungen
  • Durchführung von Fehleranalysen, Störungsbehebungen und systemseitigen Anpassungen bei unseren Matrix42 Kunden
  • Dokumentation von Änderungen, Lösungen und Systemkonfigurationen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Server und Microsoft Umgebungen
  • Kenntnisse in Azure, Virtualisierung (z. B. Hyper V oder VMware) und grundlegenden Cloud Strukturen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in mindestens einigen der folgenden Bereiche:SQL Server Administration Exchange / Exchange Online FortiGate Firewalls oder vergleichbare Security Appliances Veeam Backup & Replication PRTG oder andere Monitoring Plattformen Client & Software Management (Empirum, Intune etc.)
  • Verständnis für Netzwerke, IT Sicherheit und grundlegende IT Architektur
  • Vorteilhaft: Erfahrung mit Matrix42
  • Hands on Mentalität und Freude an vielseitigen Tätigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und hohes Servicebewusstsein
