Die S-Payment gehört zur DSV-Gruppe und ist der Taktgeber für alle Payment-Themen in der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Wir erkennen Trends, setzen neue Impulse und bringen die Sparkassen mit innovativen Payment-Lösungen voran – und damit haben wir direkten Einfluss auf über 45 Millionen Endkund:innen. Wir entwickeln und vermarkten Payment-Lösungen sowohl für den PoS als auch für E- und M-Commerce. Dazu gehört unter anderem das kontaktlose Bezahlen mit Karten und dem Smartphone (App „Mobiles Bezahlen“ für Android sowie Apple Pay mit der Sparkasse) und vieles, vieles mehr.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Lösungen fundiert gestalten: Du trägst zur Gestaltung von komplexen IT-Lösungen bei, von der Erstellung der fachlichen Konzeption über den kompletten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
  • Herausforderungen kompetent bewerten: Du erhebst, analysierst und bewertest technische Anforderungen und Lösungsdesigns unter Berücksichtigung der zu erreichende Ziele, Abhängigkeiten und Risiken von der Idee bis zur Marktreife
  • Expertise kreativ einbringen: Du bist die fachliche Ansprechperson und technische:r Berater:in für deine Kollegen und Kolleginnen und die internen Auftraggeber:innen. Technische Spezifikationen als auch Lösungs- und Schnittstellen-Beschreibungen unserer Partner und Dienstleister werden von dir bewertet und analysiert
  • Kunden begeistern: Du agierst souverän im Umgang mit unseren Projektpartnern und Stakeholdern und trägst aktiv zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens bei. Die von dir entwickelten Lösungen werden am Markt von vielen Millionen Endkunden genutzt und helfen Menschen beim alltäglichen Bezahlen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Mitarbeit in großen IT-Projekten vorzugsweise als Consultant in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering im klassischen als auch agilen Projektumfeld
  • Fundiertes, breites technisches Verständnis u.a. aktueller IT-Lösungsarchitekturen sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und soziale Kompetenz, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf Augenhöhe mit Menschen unterschiedlichster Fachbereiche und Ebenen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Moderationsfähigkeit, Kreativität und analytisch-konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
