Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gestaltest die Unternehmenskommunikation der S-Management Services mit und sorgst für einen konsistenten, zeitgemäßen Auftritt über alle relevanten Kanäle hinweg
  • Du verantwortest das Social-Media-Marketing mit Schwerpunkt LinkedIn – für unser Unternehmensprofil und die Profile unseres C-Levels: von der Themen- und Redaktionsplanung über die Content-Erstellung bis zur zielgruppengerechten Veröffentlichung
  • Du identifizierst kommunikationsrelevante Themen und unterstützt die Positionierung von Managementthemen in passenden Kommunikationskanälen
  • Themen, Projekte und Expertise aus dem Unternehmen bereitest du verständlich und relevant auf und stärkst damit die Sichtbarkeit der S-Management Services
  • Veranstaltungen, Messen und weitere Eventformate konzipierst und begleitest du von der Organisation über die Kommunikation bis zur Nachbereitung
  • Redaktionelle Formate planst und koordinierst du mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch und sorgst dabei für eine zielgruppengerechte Ansprache
  • Du analysierst den Erfolg der Maßnahmen, steuerst bei Bedarf nach und entwickelst Formate und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du übersetzt Marketingziele in konkrete Maßnahmen und steuerst deren Umsetzung gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern – mit Blick auf Zeit, Qualität und Budget

Dein Profil

  • Praktische Erfahrung im Social-Media-Marketing mit – besonders auf LinkedIn in der Betreuung von Unternehmens- und C-Level-Profilen
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der redaktionellen Aufbereitung von Inhalten und in der Pressearbeit, komplexe Inhalte in klare, gute Geschichten zu verwandeln
  • Erfahrung Projekte von Anfang an strukturiert aufzusetzen, passende Konzepte zu entwickeln und mit klaren Prioritäten und Hands-on-Mentalität zuverlässig ins Ziel zu bringen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung nach einem abgeschlossenen Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; KI-Tools routiniert im Marketingkontext, Adobe Creative Cloud Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
