Wir sind mehr als eine Agentur für mehr als eine Bank. Wir sind der zentrale Partner für Kommunikation und digitale Services in der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Mit mehr als 600 Mitarbeiter:innen vernetzt die S-Com sämtliche Disziplinen der Kommunikation und entwickelt integrierte Lösungen für Sparkassen, Verbände und Verbundpartner – von der Analyse bis zur Strategie, von der kreativen Idee bis zur Maßnahme, vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung. Und weil wir eben mehr als eine Agentur sind, steckt in unserer Arbeit auch immer die Erfahrung aus 20 Jahren in der Finanzgruppe.

Du wirst

  • die Interne & Change Kommunikation der S-Com im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen und an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Kommunikationsformate und -prozesse mitwirken
  • die Kommunikation zu strategischen Veränderungsprojekten begleiten und dabei helfen, komplexe Themen verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Inhalte für unsere internen Kommunikationskanäle konzipieren, redaktionell aufbereiten und veröffentlichen
  • Kommunikationsmaterialien wie Präsentationen, Q&As, Briefings und Argumentationshilfen für Führungskräfte und Projektteams mitgestalten
  • Feedback und Rückmeldungen aus der Organisation aufbereiten und daraus gemeinsam mit uns Impulse für die interne Kommunikation ableiten
  • eigene kleinere Kommunikationsprojekte und Arbeitspakete übernehmen und deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kommunikation einbringen

Du bist

  • eingeschriebene/r Student:in der Kommunikationswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • interessiert an interner Kommunikation und Change-Themen
  • sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, besonders PowerPoint und Word. Erste Erfahrungen mit Content-Produktion (Social Media, redaktionelle Texte, Videos) und der Nutzung von KI-Tools sind ein Plus!
  • kreativ und textstark, gleichzeitig strukturiert und zuverlässig in deiner Arbeitsweise
  • neugierig, kommunikativ und hast Freude daran, neue Formate auszuprobieren und Mitarbeitende einzubinden
  • sicher in der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
