Die Deutscher Sparkassen Verlag GmbH ist die Holding der DSV-Gruppe, des spezialisierten Dienstleisters für die Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Wir gestalten die Gruppenstrategie und die Konzernstruktur, sind das Sprachrohr und der Vertrieb der DSV-Gruppe und mit Shared Services in den Bereichen Finanzen, Beschaffung und Personal zugleich auch ihr interner Dienstleister. Wir arbeiten in einem breiten Aufgabenspektrum zusammen, um die Sparkassen vereint stark zu machen. Bald auch gemeinsam mit dir?

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktives Unterstützen der internen DSV-Gruppen-Aktivitäten im Rahmen der Steuerung der DSGV-Projekte (Dachverband der Sparkassen Finanzgruppe = SFG)
  • Unterstützung bei der Einwertung strategischer Themen, Vorbereitung von Gremien in allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Recherche und Aufbereitung von relevanten Informationen aus den Kompetenzmarken und dem DSGV
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung von Projekt-Kick-Offs, Expert:innenrunden und Workshops
  • Teilnahme an internen und externen Meetings
  • Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Kompetenzmarken der DSV-Gruppe und anderen Abteilugen des DSV-Konzernvertriebs

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Business Administration, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Studiengänge mit Schwerpunkt Management oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge (ab dem 4. Bachelorsemester)
  • Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise sowie gute und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke in mündlicher als auch schriftlicher Form, Offenheit sowie Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

Die Dauer des Praktikums beträgt 6 Monate, bitte plane mit einer Anwesenheit im Büro von mind. zwei bis drei Tagen pro Woche.
