Wir sind mehr als eine Agentur für mehr als eine Bank. Wir sind der zentrale Partner für Kommunikation und digitale Services in der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Mit mehr als 600 Mitarbeiter:innen vernetzt die S-Com sämtliche Disziplinen der Kommunikation und entwickelt integrierte Lösungen für Sparkassen, Verbände und Verbundpartner – von der Analyse bis zur Strategie, von der kreativen Idee bis zur Maßnahme, vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung. Du wirst

  • die Producer:innen in allen Aufgabenbereichen der Produktion unterstützen
  • die Projektsondierung begleiten und bei der Erstellung von Timings und Workflows mitwirken
  • an Bewegtbild-Brainstormings teilnehmen und eigne Ideen einbringen
  • den Kreativ-Teams beim Verfassen von Konzepte und Storyboards zuliefern
  • an Produktionen (Shootings und Drehs) teilnehmen und Aufgaben übernehmen
  • regelmäßige Trend- und Marktbeobachtungen im Bereich Video im Team vorstellen
  • die Recherche, Anlage und das organisatorischen Onboarding neuer Dienstleister:innen unterstützen und teilweise eigenständig übernehmen

Du bist

  • mit einem thematisch passenden Studium oder entsprechender Ausbildung bestens qualifiziert
  • bereits mit ersten Erfahrungen im Produktions- oder Agenturumfeld ausgestattet
  • interssiert an Bewegtbildkommunikation und visuellen Trends
  • vertraut mit Plattformen wie Instagram und TikTok
  • erfahren im Umgang mit Powerpoint, Excel und hast bestenfalls schon erste Erfahrung mit Premiere und After Effects sammeln können
  • neugierig, kommunikativ und verfügst über eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift
