Wir stellen gruppenweit IT-Leistungen und Services bereit und tragen damit wesentlich zur Unternehmensentwicklung und zum Erfolg der DSV-Gruppe bei. Durch Bündelung und Harmonisierung unterschiedlicher IT-Services, mit Beratung und Entwicklung gewährleisten wir nachhaltig Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit. Gegenüber veränderten internen und externen Anforderungen agieren wir flexibel und anpassungsfähig. Wir bündeln internes Wissen aus der DSV-Gruppe mit ausgewiesener IT-Expertise entlang des gesamten Technologie-Lifecycles, um die Unternehmen der DSV-Gruppe erfolgreich zu machen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Geschäftsführung und Unterstützung in allen administrativen Belangen
  • Unterstützung anderer Ressort -und Abteilungsleitungen des IT-Bereichs
  • Verwaltung und Koordination von Terminen und Geschäftsreisen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Übernahme von allgemeinen organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Dokumentationen sowie Prozessbeschreibungen
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen der Geschäftsführung und anderen Abteilungen

Dein Profil

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • umfängliche Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich
  • gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • kommunikationsstarke, kontaktfreudige und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Organisationsgeschick und selbstständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
  • souveränes und verbindliches Auftreten sowie Belastbarkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
