The posting

Job description

Through SecureSafe, DSwiss operates a trusted Swiss infrastructure for the secure exchange, delivery and storage of confidential information. Banks, insurance companies, public institutions and other regulated organisations use our solutions when data protection, data sovereignty and security are business-critical. The platform is hosted in Switzerland, is ISO 27001-certified and is based on a zero-knowledge architecture. For 17 years, hundreds of companies and institutions have placed their trust in DSwiss.

As Marketing & Growth Marketer, you turn our website and digital channels into a measurable growth engine for SecureSafe. You own web tracking and analytics, run paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and beyond, and build landing pages and ads that genuinely resonate with our audience. Working closely with our Sales team, you make sure our campaigns generate qualified leads and that the right prospects are identified and prepared before Sales reaches out. You are based in our Lisbon office and report to your manager in Zurich. This means you work independently within agreed guidelines, and we actively want your ideas: whenever you see an opportunity to grow our reach, traffic or pipeline, we want to hear it and put it into practice.

What you'll do

  • Own website tracking and analytics end to end, including GA4, event and conversion tracking, tag management and dashboards, and make sure our data is accurate and reliable.
  • Analyse website and campaign data, derive concrete recommendations and continuously optimise the website for conversion and user experience.
  • Drive our search visibility so that SecureSafe ranks at the top of Google for relevant search terms, covering technical and on-page SEO as well as optimisation for AI-driven search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
  • Build and test landing pages that resonate with our target audiences and turn visitors into leads, using A/B testing to improve performance over time.
  • Evaluate where and how we can best use paid channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, native advertising, and Facebook and Instagram Ads, then plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns against clear budget and performance targets.
  • Design ads in a variety of formats as well as graphics, event backdrops, flyers, newsletters and short explainer videos, all in line with our brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement ideas to grow our social media following and engagement, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.
  • Support the Sales team with targeted marketing campaigns and maximise lead generation across all channels.
  • Research and prepare prospect lists and contact data for the accounts we want to target, and hand them over to Sales in a structured way in our CRM, in line with applicable data protection requirements.
  • Run email campaigns based on sources such as Lusha and our LinkedIn followers, and measure their contribution to pipeline.
  • Monitor our online reviews and set up initiatives that encourage satisfied customers to leave more reviews.
  • Report regularly on traffic, conversion, campaign performance and cost per lead, and share insights and recommendations with the team in Zurich.

What you'll bring

Must-Have

  • Fluent English, written and spoken, at a professional level (C1).
  • University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven experience planning and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, as well as familiarity with YouTube, native, and Facebook and Instagram advertising.
  • Solid SEO know-how and a strong interest in how AI-driven search is changing online visibility.
  • Strong design skills for ads, graphics, print materials and short videos, using tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Working proficiency with website and marketing tools, including Webflow, a CRM (ideally HubSpot)
  • A self-driven way of working: you organise yourself, deliver on agreed goals without close supervision and proactively bring in your own ideas.
  • An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to enterprise customers or regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or security- and compliance-sensitive buyers.
  • Experience with sales intelligence and prospecting tools such as Lusha, as well as with account-based marketing.
  • Experience working in an international team across several locations, ideally spanning European markets.
  • Knowledge of German and/or Portuguese.

Job benefits

SecureSafe takes its values seriously in practice, not just on a slide deck. Transparency, ownership, empowerment, curiosity, and care shape how the team works and how decisions get made. You'll have:

  • 25 Days of Vacation: Recharge and thrive with above-market holiday time, reflecting our people-first approach to work-life balance.
  • Annual International Retreats: Collaborate, relax, and explore at company offsites in beautiful locations like Switzerland, Italy, and beyond.
  • Empowered to Make an Impact: Every voice matters—you're encouraged to drive improvements, contribute ideas, and create real value from day one.
  • Learn from the Best: Grow your skills in a high-performing, international team of experienced and talented professionals.
  • Delicious Perks: Enjoy free lunches, snacks, and drinks daily—because fuel matters.
  • Meal allowance, health insurance coverage, and public transportation allowance.
  • Work for a company committed to sustainability — our data centers operate climate-neutral.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
