Deine Aufgaben

Für die Verbindung von Transaktionsarbeit und operativer Finanzplanung suchen wir ein analytisch starkes Financial Profil mit 3–6 Jahren Berufserfahrung in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence oder FP&A. Du bewertest Geschäftsmodelle, prüfst Umsatz- und Ergebnisannahmen und übersetzt Finanzdaten in belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen – mit besonderem Blick auf SaaS-Kennzahlen und die Zeit nach dem Closing.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und überprüfst Bewertungsmodelle und erstellst unlevered-IRR-Szenarien.
  • Du analysierst Umsatztreiber, Kunden- und Erlösentwicklungen und führst Revenue-Driver-Checks durch.
  • Du wertest Registerabschlüsse und weitere Finanzinformationen strukturiert aus und leitest relevante Erkenntnisse ab.
  • Du koordinierst finanzielle Due-Diligence-Arbeitspakete (FDD) mit internen und externen Beteiligten.
  • Du baust eine belastbare KPI-Baseline auf und unterstützt beim Übergang von der Transaktion in die Umsetzung.
  • Du entwickelst Beteiligungs- und Performance-Reporting nach dem Closing weiter.
  • Du analysierst SaaS-Geschäftsmodelle und beurteilst Kennzahlen wie ARR, NRR und Cash Conversion.
  • Du bereitest Ergebnisse klar und adressatengerecht für Entscheidungsträger auf.

Dein Profil

  • 3–6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, FP&A oder einer vergleichbaren analytischen Finanzfunktion.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Finanzmodellen, Unternehmensbewertungen und Szenarioanalysen.
  • Sicherheit in der Analyse von Abschlüssen sowie in der Plausibilisierung von Umsatz-, Kosten- und Cashflow-Entwicklungen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse relevanter SaaS-Kennzahlen, insbesondere ARR, NRR und Cash Conversion.
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination von Due-Diligence-Prozessen und/oder im Reporting nach dem Closing.
  • Eine strukturierte, eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Analysen verständlich zusammenzufassen und souverän mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel oder vergleichbaren Modellierungswerkzeugen.

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Transaktionsanalyse, Finanzplanung und Wertentwicklung. Dabei verbindest du präzise Modellierung mit einem pragmatischen Blick auf die operativen Treiber eines Unternehmens – von der ersten Analyse bis zur KPI-Steuerung nach dem Closing.
