Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Bij Dealer Totaal Concept in IJsselstein ben je niet zomaar een Adviseur Verzekeringen; je bent een gewaardeerd lid van ons hechte team. Dit team bestaat uit 16 hele gezellige collega’s. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het tevreden stellen van onze klanten. Dit doe je door ze te adviseren en te informeren over verzekeringsopties, het maken en versturen van offertes en het opvolgen hiervan. Het is in deze rol belangrijk dat je klantcontact leuk vindt.

Wat verwachten wij van jou

Als adviseur ben jij degene die klanten voorziet van het beste advies, duurzame relaties opbouwt met dealers, en nauw samenwerkt met collega's om het gehele proces van aanvraag tot polis soepel te laten verlopen. Jouw combinatie van klantgerichtheid en commercieel inzicht zorgt ervoor dat je zowel ondernemers als particulieren kunt ondersteunen bij hun verzekeringsvraagstukken.

Je hebt minimaal een WFT-Particulier diploma en bij voorkeur ook een WFT-Zakelijk diploma, of je bent bereid om deze te behalen. Als je nog geen kennis hebt van verzekeringen, helpen we je graag om deze kennis op te doen. Ons doel is dat je je ontwikkelt tot een specialist op het gebied van verzekeringen. De kosten en tijd voor studie nemen wij op ons. Ons enthousiaste team staat klaar om je alle kneepjes van het vak bij te brengen, zodat jij een echte specialist wordt.

Wat je krijgt

  • Een motiverend salaris tussen € 2.650,- en € 4.000,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur.
  • Een discretionaire en variabele bonus die jaarlijks wordt bepaald. Voor 2025 is deze vastgesteld op maximaal 12% van het bruto salaris.
  • 8% vakantiegeld en een pensioenregeling waarbij DTC 70% bijdraagt.
  • Een WGA-gatverzekering, volledig vergoed door DTC.
  • 25 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 40 uur).
  • Volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding of € 0,23 per kilometer als je met de auto komt.
  • Een thuiswerkvergoeding en flexibele werkuren.
  • Diverse opleidingsmogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Een gezellige werksfeer met leuke evenementen en vrijdagmiddagborrels.
