Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Als kredietadviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die een financieringsaanvraag indienen. Je duikt in hun financiële situatie en bepaalt nauwkeurig hun maximale leencapaciteit. Documenten zoals loonstroken en arbeidscontracten analyseer je met oog voor detail, waarna je een voorstel opstelt en indient bij een van onze partnerbanken.

Naast het adviseren van klanten onderhoud je relaties met dealers en werk je samen met de buitendienst. Je zorgt voor een duurzame samenwerking en bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve afhandeling van dossiers. Jouw werkweek is flexibel in te delen van maandag tot en met zaterdag, zodat je werk en privé goed kunt combineren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou

  • Je hebt minimaal een mbo-diploma, bij voorkeur in bedrijfseconomie of commerciële economie.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en professioneel.
  • Je werkt secuur en kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband functioneren.
  • Een WFT Basis diploma is een pre. Heb je dit diploma nog niet? Geen probleem, bij DTC haal je dit kosteloos én onder werktijd, inclusief studietijdvergoeding.

Wat je krijgt

  • Een motiverend salaris tussen € 2.650,- en € 4.000,- bruto per maand o.b.v. 40 uur.
  • Een discretionaire en variabele bonus die jaarlijks wordt bepaald. Voor 2025 is deze vastgesteld op maximaal 12% van het bruto salaris.
  • 8% vakantiegeld en een pensioenregeling waarbij DTC 70% bijdraagt.
  • Een WGA-gatverzekering, volledig vergoed door DTC.
  • 25 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. 40 uur).
  • Volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding of € 0,23 per kilometer als je met de auto komt.
  • Een thuiswerkvergoeding en een flexibele werkomgeving.
  • Aandacht voor persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling, met diverse opleidingsmogelijkheden.
  • Een fijne werksfeer, leuke evenementen en vrijdagmiddagborrels.
