Deine Aufgaben und Möglichkeiten

  • Vom ersten Tag an arbeitest Du aktiv in Projekten der Restrukturierung und Sanierung mit – bei Mandanten vor Ort oder in einem unserer Büros.
  • Gemeinsam im Team erstellst Du Unternehmensanalysen, beispielsweise für Sanierungskonzepte nach IDW S6, Liquiditätsplanungen oder Fortführungsprognosen. Du bereitest finanzielle und operative Kennzahlen auf und identifizierst Potenziale zur Effizienzsteigerung. Außerdem plausibilisierst Du bestehende Unternehmensplanungen und erstellst integrierte Finanzplanungsmodelle (Financial Modelling).
  • Ergänzend führst Du eigenständig Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und leitest daraus fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab. Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei der Analyse und Bewertung von Geschäftsmodellen und bereitest Deine Ergebnisse adressatengerecht in überzeugenden Präsentationen auf.

Unsere Anforderungen an Dich

  • Wir suchen Persönlichkeiten mit Charakter, Drive und einem guten Gespür für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, eine ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft und Teamgeist bilden neben Deinen Fachkenntnissen und Deiner Leistungsbereitschaft die Grundlage für ein gutes Match. Noch wichtiger ist uns aber Deine Motivation und der persönliche Fit.
  • Beste Voraussetzungen sind neben einem abgeschlossenen Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft (o. ä.), erste studentische Berufserfahrungen im Consulting, Controlling oder Banking. Alternativ bringst Du einen Bachelor mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung (1,5-2 Jahre) mit.
