Deine Aufgaben und Möglichkeiten

  • Vom ersten Tag an übernimmst Du eigenständig Projekte der Restrukturierung und Sanierung und große Workstreams – bei Mandanten vor Ort oder in einem unserer Büros.
  • Neben der fachlichen Arbeit ist die Mitarbeiterverantwortung und die Anleitung von Projektteams wichtiger Bestandteil Deiner Tätigkeit.
  • Du leitest das Team bei allen fachlichen Aufgaben an. Dazu gehören u. a. die gemeinsame Erstellung von Unternehmensanalysen, beispielsweise für Sanierungskonzepte nach IDW S6, Liquiditätsplanungen oder Fortführungsprognosen sowie die Aufbereitung finanzieller und operativer Kennzahlen und Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Effizienzsteigerung. Außerdem gehören die Plausibilisierung bestehender Unternehmensplanungen und die Erstellung integrierter Finanzplanungsmodelle (Financial Modelling) dazu.
  • Auch die Akquise- und Budgetverantwortlichkeit fallen in die Aufgabenbereiche eines Managers bei DTE Consult.

Unsere Anforderungen an Dich

  • Wir suchen Persönlichkeiten mit Charakter, Drive und einem guten Gespür für unternehmerische Zusammenhänge.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, eine ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft und Teamgeist bilden neben Deinen Fachkenntnissen und Deiner Leistungsbereitschaft die Grundlage für ein gutes Match. Noch wichtiger ist uns aber Deine Motivation und der persönliche Fit.
  • Beste Voraussetzungen sind 5-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratungsbranche, idealerweise in der Restrukturierung, sowie erste Erfahrungen in der Leitung von Projektteams und in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
  • Gerne gesehen sind zudem Erfahrungen in der Akquise, Konzeption und Implementierung von Beratungsprojekten.
