En Duckworks estamos buscando Arquitectos, Ingenieros Civiles y profesionales afines para unirse a nuestro equipo de forma presencial en Santa Cruz de la Sierra y crecer dentro de una empresa especializada en diseño arquitectónico para la industria del millwork y fabricación personalizada.

Esta posición de nivel inicial está dirigida a personas proactivas, orientadas al detalle y con interés en desarrollarse en proyectos internacionales. Como parte de tu proceso de incorporación y crecimiento, participarás en nuestro Programa de Desarrollo Técnico, una experiencia de capacitación práctica enfocada en documentación arquitectónica, estándares de diseño de Estados Unidos y colaboración en proyectos reales.

Lo que harás:

  • Ejecutar tareas básicas de dibujo técnico y documentación arquitectónica para proyectos reales.
  • Colaborar con líderes de equipo en paquetes iniciales, estándares de clientes y coordinación de proyectos.
  • Aprender y aplicar estándares internacionales de documentación arquitectónica y de la industria del millwork.
  • Realizar control de calidad en planos de taller, archivos CAD y documentación técnica.
  • Gestionar entregas, archivos y seguimiento de avances según procedimientos internos.
  • Participar en un entorno de aprendizaje práctico junto a profesionales con experiencia internacional.

Lo que aprenderás y desarrollarás:

  • Trabajo en proyectos reales basados en Estados Unidos.
  • Estándares internacionales de documentación arquitectónica.
  • Mejora de inglés técnico profesional.
  • Conocimiento de la industria de millwork y fabricación personalizada.
  • Flujos de trabajo colaborativos utilizados en proyectos internacionales.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario o egreso en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil, Diseño Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en AutoCAD.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado en lectura, escritura y comprensión auditiva.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, organización, adaptabilidad, resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
