Forma parte del proceso de atracción y selección de talento, participando activamente en la búsqueda, evaluación y coordinación de candidatos, mientras adquieres experiencia práctica y fortaleces tus conocimientos en reclutamiento y adquisición de talento. Esta posición es ideal para personas con aproximadamente 1 a 2 años de experiencia que deseen seguir desarrollando su carrera en el área de selección y contratación.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Buscar candidatos utilizando bases de datos y plataformas de reclutamiento proporcionadas por los clientes.
  • Contactar candidatos para evaluar interés, disponibilidad y compatibilidad con las vacantes.
  • Realizar filtros iniciales y documentar los resultados cuando sea requerido.
  • Coordinar entrevistas entre candidatos y hiring managers.
  • Dar seguimiento al avance de los candidatos en cada etapa del proceso de reclutamiento.
  • Preparar reportes semanales sobre el estado de los candidatos para hiring managers y clientes.
  • Apoyar en la actualización de reportes de reclutamiento para garantizar precisión y cumplimiento de tiempos.
  • Participar en sesiones de inicio de nuevas vacantes para validar requerimientos, calificaciones esenciales y deseadas, y timelines del proceso.
  • Identificar posibles riesgos o inconvenientes dentro del proceso de reclutamiento y documentarlos.
  • Mantener una comunicación profesional, clara y consistente con los candidatos.
  • Mantener informados a los candidatos sobre etapas del proceso, próximos pasos y tiempos estimados.

Lo Que Buscamos

  • Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 1 a 2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento o selección de personal.
  • Manejo de plataformas y bases de datos de reclutamiento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización y comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
