About the Job
Skillya is growing, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
This is an opportunity to join a growing recruiting organization supporting U.S.-based clients across a variety of industries and positions. You’ll work across candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, recruiting operations, and client relationship management, while partnering with an experienced, collaborative team.
We’re open to candidates at different stages of their recruiting careers and are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, relationship-driven, and motivated to grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, client databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct candidate outreach to assess interest, qualifications, and availability.
- Complete initial candidate screenings and document outcomes.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
- Track candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned clients and hiring managers.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding search progress, candidate activity, hiring needs, and next steps.
- Develop an understanding of each client’s business, culture, and hiring requirements to effectively represent opportunities to candidates.
- Maintain accurate and timely information within applicant tracking systems and recruiting reports.
- Prepare candidate updates and recruiting activity reports for internal teams and clients.
- Maintain professional, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support multiple searches and client relationships while effectively managing competing priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience managing client or hiring manager relationships is a plus.
- Experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and full-cycle recruitment processes (desired)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop credibility with both candidates and clients.
- Organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with client-provided recruitment platforms and databases.
- Prior experience in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles is a plus
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
