Als Account Manager (m/w/d) im Außendienst (Vertriebsgebiet: Köln, Düsseldorf und Bonn) erwartet dich eine Aufgabe mit Stil und Sinn: Du bringst echte Gastlichkeit auf den Tisch: Mit durchdachten Dining Solutions, die Atmosphäre schaffen, Marken sichtbar machen und Gäste begeistern.

Ob Fast Casual oder Fine Dining, Serviette oder LED-Konzept, Einzelgastronomie oder Großhandel – du bist erste Ansprechperson für Betriebe der Branche. Mit Gespür für Trends und einem sicheren Blick für Ästhetik trägst du dazu bei, das Gästeerlebnis zu verbessern und den Umsatz deiner Partner nachhaltig zu steigern.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Kundenberatung mit Substanz: Du betreust unsere Bestandskunden aus HoReCa, Fast Casual und dem Großhandel individuell zu unserem nachhaltigen Tabletop-Sortiment
  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung: Du sprichst potenzielle Neukunden gezielt an und überzeugst durch dein Wissen, deine Persönlichkeit und unser Sortiment
  • Selbstständige Einsatzplanung: Du organisierst deine Touren eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert innerhalb deiner Region
  • Marktanalyse & Wettbewerbsbeobachtung: Du erkennst Potenziale, beobachtest Entwicklungen und vertrittst Duni auf regionalen oder digitalen Messen
  • Vernetzung vor Ort: Du pflegst den Austausch mit regionalen Partnern, Branchenverbänden und Entscheidern und stärkst so unsere Präsenz im Markt

DEIN PROFIL

  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben selbstständig zum Erfolg zu führen
  • Klare, zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch
  • Interesse an Gastronomie-Trends, atmosphärischen Tischdekorationslösungen und dem Vertrieb im HoReCa-Umfeld
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse, gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, diese zu analysieren und in passende Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Du förderst die Zusammenarbeit im Team, unterstützt Kolleg*innen und schätzt einen offenen Austausch
  • Verlässlichkeit und ein hoher Serviceanspruch, du hältst Versprechen und stehst für Qualität
  • Diplomatie und Verhandlungsgeschick in anspruchsvollen Gesprächssituationen; mit dem Ziel, nachhaltige, faire Lösungen zu finden
