Ob saisonale Aktionen oder dauerhaftes Sortiment: Mit Gespür für Trends, Warenpräsentation und Markenästhetik verbesserst du das Einkaufserlebnis und steigerst nachhaltig den Umsatz deiner Handelspartner.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden im Supermarkt-, Fachhandels- und Cash-&-Carry-Bereich mit Fokus auf unser nachhaltiges Produktsortiment
  • Gezielte Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Handelsstandorte durch Persönlichkeit, Marktkenntnis und aufmerksamkeitsstarke Konzepte – dabei gehst du proaktiv auf potenzielle Kunden zu
  • Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Organisation von Touren und Kundenterminen innerhalb der Vertriebsregion
  • Erkennen von Potenzialen, Beobachtung von Konsumtrends sowie Vertretung unserer Marke auf Messen
  • Pflege von Kontakten zu Filialleitungen, Einkaufsentscheidern und Multiplikatoren in den relevanten Handelskanälen zur Stärkung unserer Marktposition

DEIN PROFIL

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Einzel- oder Großhandel sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Handel, beispielsweise in der Filialleitung
  • Sehr hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Listungen, Abverkaufszahlen und Kalkulationen
  • Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein – du treibst Themen aktiv voran
  • Begeisterung für Konsumtrends, kreative Wareninszenierung und nachhaltige Retail-Konzepte
  • Gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse im Einzelhandel und die Fähigkeit, diese in überzeugende Verkaufsargumente zu übersetzen
  • Teamfähigkeit und offener Austausch sind für dich selbstverständlich – intern wie extern
  • Verlässlichkeit und Serviceorientierung – du stehst für Qualität und hältst, was du versprichst
  • Diplomatisches Geschick und Überzeugungskraft – du bringst Menschen an einen Tisch, auch in komplexeren Verhandlungen
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab
