Für unser Vertriebsteam in Süddeutschland suchen wir einen Sales Manager Retail (m/w/d), der Verantwortung übernimmt und gemeinsam mit seinem Team unser Retail-Geschäft weiterentwickelt. Dabei stärkst du bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, identifizierst neue Geschäftspotenziale und entwickelst dein Team kontinuierlich weiter.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung der Account Manager
  • Steuerung, Analyse und Nachverfolgung von Vertriebszielen, Budgets und Maßnahmen
  • Planung und Koordination von Vertriebsaktivitäten, Kundenbesuchen sowie Verkaufsaktionen
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Betreuung und Entwicklung strategisch wichtiger Kunden
  • Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Handelspartnern, Fachberatern und internen Schnittstellen
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie Ableitung entsprechender Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen und Messen

DEIN PROFIL

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertriebsaußendienst, idealerweise im Retail- oder FMCG-Umfeld
  • Erste oder fundierte Führungserfahrung sowie Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie ein sicheres Auftreten auf allen Ebenen
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Teamorientierung, Empathie und die Fähigkeit, andere für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern
  • Offenheit für neue Ideen sowie eine lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Denkweise
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch runden dein Profil ab
