Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar novos clientes e identificar oportunidades comerciais.
  • Compreender as necessidades dos clientes relacionadas à proteção financeira e apresentar soluções de seguros de vida adequadas.
  • Conduzir reuniões comerciais, negociações e acompanhamento do ciclo de vendas.
  • Desenvolver relacionamentos duradouros e ampliar a carteira de clientes.
  • Gerenciar o pipeline comercial, acompanhar oportunidades e atuar com foco em metas, conversão e produção.
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre produtos, mercado de seguros e técnicas de vendas consultivas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino superior completo, em qualquer área de formação.
  • Estar profissionalmente ativo(a) no momento da abordagem e durante o processo seletivo.
  • Experiência na área comercial, com histórico de resultados e evidências de desempenho.
  • Boa comunicação, negociação e habilidade para construir relacionamentos profissionais.
  • Perfil proativo, disciplinado, autônomo e orientado a metas.
  • Interesse em desenvolvimento de negócios e ampliação de carteira de clientes.
  • Disponibilidade e interesse em atuar no modelo de contratação PJ.

Remuneração e modelo de contratação:

Modelo de contratação: PJ.

Remuneração fixa mensal: de R$ 7.000,00 a R$ 14.000,00, conforme experiência profissional, trajetória comercial e aderência ao perfil da oportunidade.

Remuneração variável: comissões sobre as vendas realizadas, conforme as regras comerciais vigentes.

Potencial de ganhos: a remuneração total poderá aumentar conforme a produção e os resultados comerciais alcançados.

Segundo informação compartilhada pela agência, a média de remuneração é de R$ 30.000,00 em seis meses.
