Sobre a oportunidade:

A N&C busca um(a) Eletricista para integrar sua equipe técnica, atuando em instalações elétricas de baixa tensão e infraestrutura em diferentes projetos e clientes.

A posição envolve atuação em ambientes industriais e tecnológicos, proporcionando contato com diferentes estruturas e projetos, além de possibilidade de desenvolvimento profissional.

Principais atividades:

- Executar instalações elétricas de baixa tensão, até 220V;

- Realizar instalações de tomadas e iluminação;

- Executar infraestrutura elétrica com eletrocalhas e eletrodutos;

- Realizar lançamento e organização de cabos elétricos;

- Instalar e distribuir componentes em quadros elétricos;

- Instalar e organizar disjuntores e conectores;

- Executar aterramento elétrico;

- Ler e interpretar projetos e plantas elétricas;

- Realizar atividades em altura utilizando plataforma elevatória;

- Apoiar atividades de infraestrutura e cabeamento estruturado;

- Realizar lançamento e conexão de cabeamento em racks e painéis;

- Trabalhar de forma integrada com a equipe técnica;

- Atuar em diferentes clientes e locais, conforme os projetos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

- Formação técnica na área de Elétrica/Eletrotécnica;

- Experiência prática de aproximadamente 1 ano com instalações elétricas;

- Experiência anterior com trabalho em altura e utilização de plataforma elevatória;

- Experiência com instalações elétricas de baixa tensão;

- Conhecimento em tomadas, iluminação e quadros elétricos;

- Experiência com eletrocalhas e eletrodutos;

- Conhecimento em lançamento de cabos;

- Capacidade de leitura e interpretação de projetos elétricos;

- CNH categoria B;

- Disponibilidade para deslocamentos;

- Disponibilidade para trabalho noturno e aos finais de semana;

- Segurança e tranquilidade para trabalhar em altura.

Diferenciais:

- Experiência com cabeamento estruturado;

- Conhecimento em infraestrutura de redes;

- Experiência com racks e painéis;

- Experiência em ambientes industriais;

- Vivência em empresas de infraestrutura, telecomunicações ou tecnologia.

Importante: conhecimento em redes e fibra óptica não é obrigatório. O profissional terá apoio e treinamento da equipe para as atividades de cabeamento estruturado.

Remuneração e benefícios:

Salário-base: R$ 2.373,20

Periculosidade (30%): R$ 711,96

Adicional noturno: R$ 1.234,06

DSR sobre adicional noturno: R$ 246,81

Remuneração mensal aproximada no turno noturno: R$ 4.566,00

Além disso, há possibilidade de aumento da remuneração em períodos com realização de horas extras. Na composição apresentada pelo gestor, considerando 40 horas extras a 100% + DSR, a remuneração pode chegar a aproximadamente R$ 6.046,90 no mês.

Benefícios:

- Plano de saúde;

- Vale-refeição de R$ 30,00 por dia;

- Combustível/deslocamento para atividades externas;

- Horas extras remuneradas.

Jornada:

- 40 horas semanais;

- Jornada flexível conforme programação dos projetos;

- Aproximadamente 80% das atividades no período noturno;

- Horário de referência: 22h às 6h;

- Disponibilidade para finais de semana;

- Horas extras aos finais de semana conforme necessidade.

Treinamentos:

A empresa oferece treinamento para NR-10 e NR-35, conforme necessidade.

A certificação NR-35 não é obrigatória no momento da contratação. Entretanto, experiência prática anterior com trabalho em altura e plataforma elevatória é indispensável.
