The posting

We are a fruits stall seeking a responsible and hands-on Operations Executive to manage daily shop operations.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations of the fruit and durian outlet

* Manage staff scheduling and supervise team performance

* Ensure proper display, quality control, and freshness of fruits and durians

* Handle customer service and resolve customer feedback

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment

* Assist in procurement and price comparison of fruits and durians

* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards

* Support sales planning and implement promotional activities to boost revenue

Requirements:

Experience in F&B / retail / fruits or groceries preferred

Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in fast-paced environment

Good leadership and communication skills

Additional Info:

Work arrangement: Flexible (Remote/Hybrid)

Able to work weekends and public holidays

Company size: Small business (startup environment)
