We are a 24-hour wellness and lifestyle establishment offering spa, dining, entertainment, and relaxation services. We are looking for friendly, proactive individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive guest experiences.

You may be assigned to Front Desk, Spa, Restaurant, Leisure, or Guest Areas, based on your suitability and operational needs.

What You Will Do

  • Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
  • Assist in coordinating on-site operations, including customer service and floor support.
  • Carry out operational task as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor operational issues and report to supervisor promptly.
  • Follow company operating procedures and service standards.
  • Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8-Hours shift work, including weekends and public holidays (24-hours operation).
  • Minimum secondary school or equivalent qualifications.
  • Fluent english and mandarin speaking.
  • A responsible, proactive team player who is willing to learn.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to support different departments when required.
