A nossa área de Planejamento Financeiro (FP&A) é o coração estratégico que impulsiona os resultados da DUX Company. Como estamos em constante expansão e aprimoramento da nossa governança, você encontrará um cenário desafiador e dinâmico, atuando como Analista Sr FP&A. Aqui, você terá um papel fundamental na gestão de riscos e oportunidades das despesas de SG&A, construindo a ponte entre os números e a tomada de decisão da diretoria. O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Gerenciar os riscos e oportunidades (RxO) atrelados às despesas de SG&A e outros, propondo ações efetivas para a melhoria do resultado.
  • Conduzir o fechamento mensal das despesas e atuar de forma efetiva no fechamento contábil, garantindo a correta alocação por centro de custo.
  • Elaborar e atualizar o painel mensal de SG&A, além de construir apresentações detalhadas de Real vs. Orçado para gestores e diretoria.
  • Interagir continuamente com os gestores de centros de custo para refinar e melhorar a acuracidade dos números reportados.
  • Participar ativamente das rotinas de prévia, forecast e construção do orçamento anual.
  • Fortalecer a governança de todo o processo orçamentário, estabelecendo regras claras de alocação, controle de alterações de budget e rastreabilidade.
  • Propor e implementar automações e melhorias de processos, visando a redução de atividades manuais e o ganho de eficiência técnica no fechamento.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência prévia na área de FP&A, Controladoria ou Planejamento Financeiro, com vivência sólida em gestão de despesas;
  • Domínio técnico na estruturação de P&L, elaboração de orçamento, forecast e análise de variações;
  • Excel avançado;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados, como Power BI (ou similares).

Requisitos diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento prático em SQL e BigQuery;
  • Experiência prévia de uso do ERP Protheus (TOTVS);
  • Vivência atuando no segmento de bens de consumo, varejo ou indústria.

  • Escala: Segunda à sexta – 44h semanais.
