Buscamos uma pessoa para integrar nosso time de Marketing de Influência, contribuindo para a descoberta de creators e para o desenvolvimento de parcerias e campanhas alinhadas à marca. Neste momento, seu principal desafio será identificar e conectar a marca a talentos que tenham afinidade com nosso posicionamento, público e universo de conteúdo. A atuação também envolverá relacionamento com influenciadores, acompanhamento de campanhas e participação em diferentes projetos da área.

Atividades do cargo:

  • Mapear e identificar influenciadores e creators com aderência ao posicionamento, aos valores e ao público da marca.
  • Analisar conteúdo, linguagem, perfil da audiência e histórico de parcerias dos talentos, construindo recomendações fundamentadas para a seleção.
  • Acompanhar tendências, comunidades e novos formatos de conteúdo, identificando talentos e oportunidades de conexão com a marca.
  • Conduzir o contato inicial com creators, assessorias e agências, apresentando oportunidades e acompanhando as conversas para viabilizar parcerias.
  • Organizar e manter atualizada a base de talentos, registrando avaliações, contatos e andamento das oportunidades.
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamento próximo com influenciadores e parceiros durante a jornada dos projetos.
  • Participar dos alinhamentos de escopo, formatos, entregas e prazos das parcerias.
  • Acompanhar briefings, cronogramas, aprovações e conteúdos, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia da marca.
  • Apoiar os processos de contratação, documentação e pagamentos junto às áreas responsáveis.
  • Acompanhar resultados e reunir aprendizados que contribuam para a seleção de talentos e a evolução das próximas ações.
  • Participar de eventos, ativações e produções com influenciadores, conforme as demandas da área.

Requisitos necessários para inscrição:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em Marketing de Influência, Creator Marketing, Comunicação, Social Media, PR ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em campanhas com influenciadores e/ou celebridades.
  • Conhecimento de redes sociais, formatos de conteúdo e creator economy.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e acompanhamento de eventos e produções presenciais.
  • Pacote Office/Google Workspace em nível intermediário ou avançado.

Local: Vila Madalena – São Paulo/SP; Regime: Híbrido – 2 dias de home-office; Escala: Segunda à sexta – 44h semanais.
