Für unser Auftraggeberobjekt im Raum Dresden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Rezeptions- und Empfangsdienst in Teilzeit mit Sachkundeprüfung bzw. Abschluss als Geprüfte Schutz- und Sicherheitskraft (GSSK) von Montag bis Freitag in Tagschicht.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

✓ freundlicher Empfang der Gäste, Besucher und Kunden ✓ Führen von Telefonaten - Annehmen und Weiterleiten der eingehenden Anrufe ✓ Erstellen von Telefonnotizen ✓ ggf. Erstellung von Dienstausweisen ✓ professionelle Betreuung der Gäste, Besucher und Kunden ✓ Erteilen von Auskünften an Gäste, Besucher und Kunden ✓ Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von organisatorischen Abläufen

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

✓ zuverlässige, teamfähige und freundliche Persönlichkeit ✓ gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild ✓ zumindest Sachkunde gem. § 34a GewO oder GSSK-Abschluss ✓ gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift ✓ ausgeprägte Kommunikationsbereitschaft ✓ einwandfreies Führungszeugnis ✓ gute EDV- Kenntnisse
