Bij Dyflexis helpen we wereldwijd miljoenen medewerkers met onze workforce management software. Van de bakker om de hoek tot internationale hotel- en retailketens. De software is krachtig, de vragen van klanten zijn divers, en geen dag is hetzelfde. Je leert het product door en door kennen en draagt bij aan iets dat in meer dan 20 landen hard groeit.

Dat doen we door snel te werken, met korte lijntjes, zonder onnodige vergaderingen en zonder politiek. Ownership, heldere communicatie en samen dingen voor elkaar krijgen, daar draait het bij ons om. We leren al doende en blijven continu verbeteren in hoe we onze klanten helpen.

In deze rol betekent dat vooral: je eigen portfolio succesvol maken. Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties op, zorgt dat klanten met plezier met Dyflexis blijven werken en helpt ze verder te groeien.

Dit ga je doen

Als Customer Success Manager krijg je je eigen klantenportfolio en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behoud en de groei ervan. Je kent je klanten door en door, weet wat er bij ze speelt en ziet als eerste waar nog groei zit, zoals een hoger pakket of nieuwe locaties. Die kansen ga je actief zelf zoeken, zonder te wachten tot de klant belt. Daarbij bouw je sterke, langdurige relaties op, zodat klanten met plezier met Dyflexis blijven werken en samen met ons groeien. Je werkt nauw samen met je CSM-collega’s, support en andere teams binnen het bedrijf.

  • Je beheert je eigen klantenportfolio en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke klantrelaties, zodat klanten tevreden blijven en bij Dyflexis blijven.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over upsell en expansion: van hogere pakketten tot extra locaties.
  • Je voert periodieke klantgesprekken en business reviews om adoptie en waarde te laten zien.
  • Je draait campagnes rond specifieke features om adoptie en upsell te stimuleren.
  • Je deelt klantfeedback met product en andere teams, zodat Dyflexis blijft aansluiten bij wat klanten nodig hebben.

Dit heb je nodig

  • 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring als Customer Success Manager, bij voorkeur in een SaaS-omgeving.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het beheren van een eigen klantenportfolio, met focus op retentie en groei.
  • Je bouwt makkelijk vertrouwen op en voelt je thuis in gesprekken op verschillende niveaus, van gebruiker tot directie.
  • Ervaring met Salesforce, of je pikt nieuwe systemen snel op.
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en commercieel gedreven.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels. (Duits, Frans of Spaans is een grote plus.)
