The posting

Bij Dyflexis helpen we wereldwijd miljoenen medewerkers met onze workforce management software. Van de bakker om de hoek tot internationale hotel- en retailketens. De software is krachtig, de vragen van klanten zijn divers, en geen dag is hetzelfde. Je leert het product door en door kennen en draagt bij aan iets dat in meer dan 20 landen hard groeit.

Dat doen we door snel te werken, met korte lijntjes, zonder onnodige vergaderingen en zonder politiek. Ownership, heldere communicatie en samen dingen voor elkaar krijgen, daar draait het bij ons om. We leren al doende en blijven continu verbeteren in hoe we onze klanten helpen. Op dit moment betekent dat vooral iets nieuws opbouwen: je zet binnenkomende commerciële aanvragen om in langdurige klantrelaties, en bouwt daarbij je eigen portfolio op.

Dit ga je doen

De Junior Accountmanager is een nieuwe rol. Je pakt binnenkomende commerciële aanvragen op en spot de kans erin, draait campagnes rond specifieke features, en neemt eigenaarschap over het upsellen van klanten naar hogere pakketten. Je bouwt je eigen klantenportfolio op, werkt nauw samen met een team van vier, plus support en andere teams binnen het bedrijf. Ook proef je aan new business: je kwalificeert leads en zet ze door naar de juiste persoon. Doe je dit goed, dan liggen er echte doorgroeimogelijkheden, richting customer success, new business, of consulting.

  • Je pakt binnenkomende commerciële aanvragen op en spot de kans erin.
  • Je bouwt je eigen klantenportfolio op vanaf de grond, klein beginnend en groeiend in de tijd.
  • Je draait campagnes rond specifieke features om adoptie en upsell te stimuleren.
  • Je beheert de sales inbox en beantwoordt binnenkomende klantvragen.
  • Je kwalificeert new business leads die op je pad komen en zet ze door naar de juiste persoon.

Dit heb je nodig

  • 0 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële, sales, of klantgerichte rol, of dat nu je eerste baan is of je derde.
  • Je pakt net zo makkelijk de telefoon op als dat je een inbox beheert.
  • Ervaring met Salesforce, of je pikt nieuwe systemen snel op.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Affiniteit met IT. Je bent niet bang voor software en hebt snel het gevoel te pakken bij een nieuw product.
  • Commercieel gedreven en proactief. Je spot een kans en zet 'm door.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels. (Duits, Frans, of Spaans is een grote plus.)
