Als Mitarbeiter Administration (all gender) gestaltest du die Strukturen und Prozesse mit, auf denen unser Wachstum aufbaut. Du wirkst beim Aufbau eines interdisziplinären Teams mit, treibst die Digitalisierung unserer Systeme voran und sorgst dafür, dass Buchhaltung, Berichtswesen und Zertifizierungen bei E-Lyte auf einem soliden Fundament stehen.

Deine Themenschwerpunkte

  • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Koordination eines interdisziplinären Teams und wirkst bei der Erarbeitung der Ziele für den Bereich Administration mit
  • Du führst die Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung ein und betreust sie
  • Du übernimmst die Projektleitung für die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP Business One und dem Dokumentenmanagementsystem ELO und bist dort Super-User/Admin, inkl. SQL-Abfragen für Berichte und Layouts
  • Du führst E-Rechnungsformate sowie EBICS und die zugehörigen Schnittstellen ins SAP Business One ein und betreust sie
  • Du koordinierst Rechnungs- und Mahnwesen sowie den Zahlungsverkehr
  • Du verantwortest Budgetplanung und Reporting und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Team, der Geschäftsführung, dem Steuerberater sowie dem Jahresabschlussprüfer zusammen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung abgeschlossen
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits erste Erfahrung in der Koordination von Teams oder Projekten gesammelt
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung sowie im Rechnungs- und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Idealerweise kennst du dich mit SAP Business One und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen wie ELO aus, oder bringst die Bereitschaft mit, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
  • Erfahrung mit Managementsystemen wie DIN ISO 9001, 14001 oder 45001 ist von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und behältst auch bei vielfältigen Themen den Überblick
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
